Terms of service

1. Orders

By placing an order with Valenfold you agree to these terms. All garments are made to order, either in your chosen standard size or to the measurements you provide.

2. Custom measurements

When you choose Custom, your garment is sewn exactly according to the measurements you provide. If something in your measurements looks inconsistent, our tailors may make minor adjustments to ensure a good fit.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you submit. Our tailors may contact you on the number provided to confirm details before production.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery takes approximately 30 days. Express delivery (10–15 days) is available for a one-time fee of $50. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier delays.

4. Cancellation policy

Within 24 hours of placing your order: cancellation is free of charge and you receive a full refund.
After 24 hours and up to 3 days: a cancellation fee of 30% of the order value is deducted.
After 3 days: production has begun and a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value is deducted.

To cancel, email support@valenfold.com with your order number. The time of cancellation is the time we receive your email.

5. No returns, and how we handle issues

All garments are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your finished garment, email support@valenfold.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number.
Clear photos of the garment with a measuring tape held against each area that does not match your size, so the number on the tape is visible.
A photo of the whole garment and of any fault.

We will compare the photos with the measurements on your order:

If the issue is on our side (the garment does not match the measurements you gave us, or has a manufacturing fault), we will find the best possible solution for you.
If the garment matches the measurements you provided, the responsibility lies with the customer, so please take your measurements carefully using our Size Guide.
